Mandy Weaver

BA (Hons) – Practice Manager

Mandy Weaver joined Wain & Naysmith Limited in 2022, bringing a wealth of international experience and a passion for people and communication. Originally graduating in London as a translator, Mandy worked across Europe before relocating to New Zealand. Her career has spanned a variety of roles focused on managing people and systems, always with an emphasis on the importance of strong relationships with colleagues.   

At Wain and Naysmith, she works closely with all staff and ensures we meet our clients’ needs and provide the service they expect from us across the many and varied areas of law we offer. Mandy loves the interaction with the local community and has previously worked with a number of locals when teaching Business and Tourism papers at the local Polytechnic. 

Mandy’s family owns a certified organic wine company and vineyard in Marlborough, giving her a deep connection to the land. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family in both New Zealand and Argentina.
